2. What data and why

We process the data you give us in the booking form, by e-mail or by phone (name, e-mail address, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests, message) in order to answer your enquiry and to conclude and perform the rental agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to meet our accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3. How long

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. Booking data are kept for the period required by tax law.

4. Recipients

Your data may be processed by our hosting and e-mail providers and by our accounting office, only to the extent necessary. We do not sell data or pass it on for marketing.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object, as well as to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

6. Cookies and external content

The site uses no tracking cookies. The Google map and YouTube films are loaded only after you click them; from then on Google’s privacy policy applies.
